How Adolescents are Affected By Food Sources

Abstract

Adolescents are one of the most overlooked age ranges of people affected by the epidemic of obesity. The objective of this research was to review the determining factors of adolescent’s health and health consequences based on their food and where it comes from. This review investigated different areas of where adolescents are obtaining their food and why some of the food choices are made. Interventions that have been made in the fast food and school food service industries are also reviewed.
